Founded in April 2001, CHONGQING TIANJIA COMMODITY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD
. relocated in October 2017 to the Chengbei Expansion Area of Hechuan Industrial Park, Chongqing. After more than two decades of development, the company has grown from an operation with 80 employees, an approximately 5.8 acres and RMB 2.4 million in fixed assets into a large-scale manufacturer with nearly 3,000 employees, a production campus spanning more than approximately 66 acres and nearly RMB 500 million in fixed assets.
The company has long specialized in the research, development, production and sales of household glassware and thermal products. Its product range includes glass vacuum flask liners in various specifications, insulated glass vacuum flasks, coffee pots and related products.
As a manufacturer with large-scale glass vacuum flask liner production capabilities in southwest China, Tianjia has built a well-developed production and quality management system through more than two decades of experience. Between 2003 and 2007, the company successively obtained ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system certification. Quality management is maintained throughout its business and production processes.
Focused Manufacturing and Quality First
Glass vacuum flask liners are Tianjia’s core product and a long-standing area of specialization.
The company has advanced production processes, including the neck-joining process. With complex workflows and detailed procedures, each production stage is inspected and products are carefully screened to maintain end-to-end quality control.
The company currently operates five large natural gas furnaces and one electric furnace. These facilities increase annual flask liner production capacity while supporting environmental initiatives and product upgrades. Its insulated flask range includes products with plastic, iron/aluminum and stainless steel outer casings, serving the needs of different markets and customers.
Each production line has a dedicated quality inspection team, and the company employs more than 100 quality inspectors. Every glass liner is inspected before shipment. Testing includes introducing steam at over 94°C into the liner while rinsing its exterior with tap water to assess resistance to sudden temperature changes. The opening is then sealed with a wooden stopper; after approximately 20 minutes, the internal temperature is checked to evaluate heat retention.
Inspectors also examine the opening, base, body and silvered layer. Only products that pass all checks proceed to packaging; nonconforming products are returned for repair or scrapped.

Over more than two decades, Tianjia has earned recognition from industry organizations, government bodies and the wider community.
The company has been named an Outstanding Enterprise in China’s Daily-Use Glass Industry by the China Daily Glass Association. From 2008 to 2017, it was recognized for four consecutive terms as a Chongqing Famous Brand Products enterprise by the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government. From 2009 to 2016, it received the Chongqing Famous Trademark recognition for four consecutive terms. Other honors include recognition as a key cultivation enterprise for industrial revitalization and a growth-oriented “Little Giant” enterprise, a Contract-Honoring and Promise-Keeping Unit, an AAA-rated credit enterprise, an A-rated taxpayer, an advanced employer for supporting laid-off workers and employment, and an Outstanding Private Enterprise of Chongqing.
In recent years, the company has continued to advance innovation and green development. It has been recognized as a Chongqing Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, a Chongqing “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” enterprise, a municipal-level Green Factory Demonstration Enterprise and a High and New Technology Enterprise. From 2024 to 2026, the company serves as vice chair of the Hechuan Glass Association in Chongqing.
